Staying signed in

Leave Stay logged in for 30 days ticked when you sign in (it is on by default). You stay signed in on that device for as long as you keep using the app at least once a month; signing out, changing your password, or an admin sign-out ends it. Untick it on a shared computer to be signed out when the browser closes.

The sign-in screen with Stay logged in for 30 days ticked, and Forgot password? below Sign in.
Stay logged in for 30 days, and Forgot password? just below Sign in.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We send a link that lets you choose a new password; it works once and expires after an hour. Nothing changes on your account until you use it.

Food logs and progress photos

Your food log never appears in the feed or on a leaderboard. Challenge boards count days with food logged, not the foods or calories. Body check-ins and their progress photos stay private until you choose to share them. Treat photos as sensitive: review a check-in before sharing, and avoid private medical information in shared notes or images.

Account and fitness records remain while your account is active or until you delete them. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate the service. Production app and API communication uses HTTPS; the service does not claim end-to-end encryption. Selected photo files also remain in your device's photo or file library.

Account deletion removes active fitness records and locally hosted photos. Photo cleanup is attempted immediately and retried if needed; restricted hosting backups rotate within a maximum of 30 days. Copies saved by other people, photos in your device library and media in external accounts must be removed separately. Read the Privacy Policy for retention exceptions and full deletion terms, or email support@onefitnesshub.com for a privacy request. Never send your password by email.

Download or delete your data

Open the account menu (tap your photo) → Account Management. Export my data downloads a JSON copy of your records, without original photo files or social relationships. Import data reviews a file before replacing data; the current importer restores profile, workouts, body measurements and achievements, but does not restore nutrition, peptides, recipes, routines, photos or social records. Export first and read that limitation before confirming replacement. Open Data & account removal to review Delete my data (keeps your login and consent records) or Delete account (removes the account and signs out all devices). Both require your current password before deletion. If you run a club, close it first: cancel it in Membership (you can export its data there); once it has closed you can delete your account, which deletes the closed club and its coaching data too.

One Fitness Hub collects your health data — workouts, weight, measurements, photos, food, fasting and peptide logs — only with your own consent, given in a separate box when you create your account. Members who joined before 21 October 2026 are asked once, the next time they open the app; if you already shared with a coach, connected ChatGPT or were on the leaderboards, the same screen lists it and you tick what to keep sharing. Anything left unticked stops. Sharing with a coach or ChatGPT always needs its own tick where you choose it.

To withdraw your consent, open Account Management → Personal data → Data & account removal → Withdraw health-data consent. Coach sharing turns off, ChatGPT disconnects and nothing more is collected; the app then asks for your consent again before you can log anything. Withdrawing deletes nothing — use Delete My Data or Delete account for that. The Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains your rights.

If an intimate image of you, or of someone you are authorized to act for, was posted without consent, use the removal request form — no account needed. We remove it and any identical copies within 48 hours and email you when it is done. Members can also tap ⋯ on the post and report it with the reason Intimate image shared without consent.

Common questions

The app asks me to consent to my health data

That is the separate consent some states require before an app collects health data. Tick it to carry on, or choose Cancel and sign out. If you don't want One Fitness Hub to keep your data, you can delete it or your account from the same screen's links.

Refreshing shows "Signing you back in…"

That is normal β€” the app is re-checking your session, not signing you out. If it cannot reach the server it keeps your session and offers a Retry button; only an expired or ended session shows the login form.
