Getting started
Find help in the app
Help is in the account menu, on a phone and on a computer.
Open Help from the app
On a phone, tap your photo in the top-right corner and choose Help. On a computer, click your name at the foot of the sidebar and choose Help. Either way it opens the Help Center.
Learn an exercise in Workout Explorer
Choose Workout Explorer in your account menu on a phone, or in the account panel at the foot of the sidebar on a computer. It opens the public exercise library, also available from the website’s Resources menu. The Explorer opens inside the app. In a workout, choose Learn beside the selected exercise to open the same guide while keeping your unsaved sets. The public website version needs no sign-in.
Browse dumbbell, barbell, cable and calisthenics movements using the exercise topic tree, just like Help. Each guide is a continuous page with movement images, numbered technique steps, muscles and videos. Use On this page to jump to a section. Choose Compare this exercise in a guide, or Compare in the library, then choose the first and second exercises in the two selectors. You can change either selection without closing a guide pop-up. Each video has its own source link. The explorer is an educational reference: reading an exercise or playing a video does not record a workout. Close the guide to continue your selected exercise and sets.
Every guide also has its own page on the website, in English and Spanish, that you can bookmark or share: for example, Barbell bench press or Press de banca con barra. Each one links back to the Explorer for its videos and Compare.
Product, platform and integration questions
Club 1000 Plus runs on Android and in a mobile or desktop browser, on one account. It is for adults 18 and older residing in the 50 United States or DC. Read product facts, platforms and limitations for supported access, food data, membership terms and how to ask about integrations.
Still stuck?
In the app, open the account menu and choose Send feedback. Or write to us on the Contact page. Calories, body fat, BMR and e1RM in the app are fitness estimates, not medical or dietary advice.
Common questions
Where are the open-source licenses?
Open your account menu (tap your picture) and choose Open-source licenses — on a computer, click your name at the foot of the sidebar and use the links at the bottom of that panel. It lists the software, fonts, icons, food data and exercise data Club 1000+ is built with, and their licenses.
