Getting started
Find your way around the app
Five tabs, one + button and one menu: that is the whole app.
Items added through AI
A record added through your One Fitness Hub connection in ChatGPT carries an AI added badge. You can see it beside routines, workout entries, foods, body check-ins and recorded doses in the app. Editing it later keeps the badge. Correcting a manually added record through ChatGPT does not change how it was originally added.
For your own charts in ChatGPT, ask it to use your raw records and create an interactive Plotly chart. It can use the data covered by the read permissions you approved for your connection. Older records without saved creation evidence may have no badge.
The bottom bar
On a phone, five buttons sit along the bottom of every screen:
- Feed — the sessions and check-ins you and your friends have shared.
- Workouts — today's session and your Exercise History.
- + — adds a workout, a WOD, food, water, a fast, a check-in or a dose. See Add anything with the + button.
- Nutrition — your food, water and fasting, and your calorie and macro targets.
- Body — your weight, measurements and progress photos.
My My Performance
Open My Performance from the account menu on a phone or native app, or below the divider in the sidebar on a computer. Its navigation becomes Overview, Workouts, Nutrition and Weight: yearly activity, lifting and cardio dashboards, nutrition Week and History, and weight and measurement trends. My Wellness returns to your everyday tabs. From any lens you can go straight to another: on a computer the foot of the sidebar lists My Wellness and the other lenses you can open, and on a phone the account menu does. You do not have to go back to My Wellness first.
My Profile contains Friends, Blocked users, Badges and Account Management. Keep logging in Workouts, Nutrition and Body; explore progress in the My My Performance.
The account menu
Tap your photo (or your initials) in the top-right corner. The menu that slides out holds your profile's sections — Friends, Blocked users, Badges and Account Management — then Leaderboards, Peptides (shots and peptides), Help and Send feedback. Tap ✕ to close it.
Moving between days
Workouts, Nutrition and the check-in form share one date row: ← and → step back or forward a day, tapping the date opens a calendar, and Today brings you back.
On a computer
The same areas are in the sidebar on the left, and you land on the Feed when you sign in. My Profile is not in the sidebar: click your name at the foot of it to open the panel with My Profile, Help, Send feedback and signing out, and My Profile's sections are tabs across the top of the page. If you have a coach, coach others or run the app, My Program, Coaching or Admin sit at the foot of the sidebar, under a line.
