Club 1000 Plus

Workout tracking to see your strength gains over time.

Club 1000 Plus is a workout tracker for beginners and experienced lifters who want to see what changed between sessions. Record weight, reps, failures and gear notes, then use exercise history, estimated one-rep max and training volume to follow your fitness progress.

Watch the workout demo on a phone

Logging a back squat on a phone: the last six sessions' PR, average weight and volume, this session's totals, a best estimated one-rep max of 205.9 lb, and the first set of 175 lb for 5.

How to get started

  1. Choose an exercise

Open the + button and choose Add exercise. Pick a recent lift or search the full library. Your recent exercises appear first, and previous results help you decide what to log today.

  2. Record each set

Enter the weight and reps, mark a failure when relevant, and add gear notes. Estimated one-rep max and volume update as you log, and new personal records are flagged on the set.

  3. Look back before your next session

Open Exercise History to find the lift and review earlier sessions. Compare weight, reps and volume; use desktop analytics for longer trend lines.

Logging

Everything a set needs, nothing it doesn't.

Weight and reps, fast

Enter a set in two taps. Last time's numbers for that exercise are shown right above the input, so you always know what you're trying to beat.

Estimated one-rep max

Calculated automatically from your weight and reps on the working set, and shown per exercise so you can track it over time without doing the math yourself.

Volume, tracked as you go

Running total for the session and for the exercise, so a change in your training is visible immediately, not just in hindsight.

Failures and gear, logged honestly

Mark a set as a failure and note whether you used a belt or straps. Both feed into how a lift is reviewed if you ever submit it to a leaderboard.

Recent exercises

Your library, sorted by what you actually do.

The exercise picker opens on what you've logged recently, newest first, so the lift you're about to do again is already at the top. Search the full library any time you need something new.

  • PRs flagged the session you set them, on the set itself
  • Recent exercises first, the whole library a tap away
  • Every set lands in Exercise History, searchable by lift and by day
Today's session in the Log on a phone: 40 minutes and 8,580 lb of total volume, with Barbell Row, Bench Press and Back Squat listed with PR tags, and the session's active calories added to the day's nutrition budget.
Exercise History on a phone: an October workout calendar with every training day marked, above session summaries with length, strength volume and the lifts done.

Common questions

How can I track strength gains between workouts?

Record the same exercise consistently, then compare weight, reps, estimated one-rep max and volume in your history. A heavier set or more reps at the same weight can show progress even between personal records.

Do I need to build a routine before logging?

No. You can choose an exercise and log your first set directly. Your recent exercises make it easier to find that lift next time.

Is estimated one-rep max the same as a tested maximum?

No. Estimated one-rep max is calculated from the weight and reps you log. It is a fitness estimate for following trends, not a measured maximum or a guarantee that you can lift that weight.

Can I track food alongside my workouts?

Yes. The same account includes food and nutrition tracking. Logged workouts add estimated active calories to the day's nutrition budget.
