Choose what goes on the feed

Your workouts and body check-ins are private until you share them.

Share a session

To post a session to the Activity Feed, tap Share to the right of Log additional notes/photos at the bottom of Log Exercise — it changes to Shared ✓. Tap it again to take the session back off the feed.

Today's session with the Share button ringed, beside Log additional notes/photos.
Share (ringed) posts the day's session; tap it again to take it back off.

Share a check-in

For a check-in, tap Share beside Save check-in before you save — or share it any time later: open Body → History and tap Share on that check-in (or open it and tap Share). It posts right away; tap Shared ✓ to take it back off the feed.

Like and comment

Tap the heart under a post to like it, and the speech bubble (or View all comments) to read its comments. Type yours in the box at the bottom and tap Post; type @ and a name to tag someone. Comments are only posted from the feed.

The Comments sheet: two comments from friends, each with Reply, and the box to add your own with Post.
Comments open in this sheet. Type in the box at the bottom and tap Post.

See your notifications

The bell at the top of every screen — next to your photo on a phone and in the app, beside Log Workout on a computer — shows how many notifications you haven't read. Tap it to see who liked or commented on your posts, mentioned you, sent or accepted a friend request, and updates from your coach. Opening the list marks them read. Tap one to go to it: a like or comment opens that post on the feed. Comments show the post's author and caption; tap View post to close the comments and see the full post.

Get likes, comments and friends' posts on your phone

On the website, One Fitness Hub can tell you when someone likes or comments on your post, tags you in a comment, or when a friend shares a workout or body check-in — even with the app closed. Open your photo (top-right) → Account Management → Notifications, find the Push notifications part and tap Turn on for this browser; your browser asks once whether One Fitness Hub may send notifications. On an iPhone or iPad, install One Fitness Hub on your Home Screen first and turn them on from the Home Screen app. See the installation and notification guide for Windows and Mac setup too. Tap a notification to open that post on the feed. Everything still shows in the bell at the top of every screen too.

The same screen has a switch for every kind of notification, grouped: Activity feed (Likes, Comments and mentions, Friends' new posts), Workouts (Rest timer), Nutrition (Fasting goal), Peptides (Dose reminders) and, if you have a coach or coach others, Coaching (Coach messages, Coach calendar reminders, Coaching reminders). Untick any of them and tap Save Push Preferences to stop that kind — on this browser, on your other browsers and in the One Fitness Hub app at once. Turning off Rest timer keeps the countdown, the chirp and the buzz; it only stops the notification.

In the One Fitness Hub app the switches control the app's own alerts for the rest timer, fasting goals, dose reminders and coaching. Likes, comments and friend requests are in the bell at the top of every screen; the app doesn't send those as phone notifications yet.

Hide a post

To hide a post that is already on the feed, tap the ⋯ on your own post and choose Hide from feed. Hiding never deletes anything: your workout stays in your history with its likes and comments, and they come back if you share it again.

Common questions

My workout isn't on the feed

New sessions and check-ins are private until you share them. Tap Share beside Log additional notes/photos on that day in Log Exercise (or turn on Share when you edit a check-in). Anything you logged before sharing became optional is still shared unless you hid it.

Who can see a private workout?

Only you. Other members can't see it on the feed, like it or comment on it. Your totals still count toward badges and Leaderboards.

I hid a post by mistake

Nothing was lost. Open that day in Log Exercise and tap Share — the post comes back with its likes and comments. For a check-in, edit it and turn Share back on.

Where does my new session sit on the feed?

The feed is strictly newest first, by the date and time on the exercise itself — not by when you saved it. If a session you just recorded appears below older posts, check its Start Time: a back-dated entry lands where that date falls. Session notes and photos do not move a post up the feed.

I can't comment from History anymore

Comments are posted from the Feed only. Find the session on the feed and tap Add a comment… (or the comment icon) to open its comments — you can read the whole thread and reply there. History is for checking, editing, copying and deleting your exercises.

Feed photos appear a moment after the posts

That is expected — the feed loads the posts first, then each photo fills in on its own as you scroll, so the feed opens quickly even when members have attached a lot of pictures. A photo that stays blank usually means a slow connection; pull to refresh (or reload the page) and it will load again.

I turned on push notifications but nothing arrives

Check that your phone or computer lets your browser show notifications (and that Do Not Disturb or Focus is off), and that the switch for that kind of notification is ticked in Account Management → Notifications → Push notifications (it covers the app's alerts too, so a fasting goal or dose reminder that never comes may just be switched off there). You only hear about a friend's post once, when they first share it, and only from members you're friends with. Each like pushes once, so liking again won't send a second one. On an iPhone or iPad, notifications only come to the installed Home Screen web app, not to a Safari tab. Follow the device permission checks for Apple devices and Windows.

What is the My Club tab on the feed?

When your coach assigns your club through My Program, the feed gets a My Club tab, first in the row, that shows only the shared sessions and check-ins of members of your club. The feed opens on it. With no club there is no tab and the feed opens on Friends, with All beside it. It never shows which club you follow to anyone else.
