Profile and account
Profile and settings
Everything about you lives behind your photo.
The account menu
On a phone, tap your photo in the top-right corner to slide out the account menu. It lists Friends, Blocked users, Badges and Account Management — your profile sections — then Leaderboards, Peptides and Workout Explorer; then, below a line and only when they apply to you, the lenses — My Performance for everyone, My Program (when a coach invited you or coaches you) and Coaching (if you coach); then Help, Send feedback, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Open-source licenses and Sign out below the line. Workout Explorer opens the public exercise library, inside the app; you can also find it in the website’s Resources menu without signing in. Those legal links live here (and, on a computer, at the foot of the account panel) rather than at the bottom of every page; Delete Account is in Account Management. Each one opens on its own screen; tap the menu button beside the section name to come back.
Deleting your account is not in this menu on purpose; it lives in Account Management so it is never one stray tap away.
Manage your ChatGPT connection
Connecting asks, on the approval page, for your separate consent to share the health data you select with OpenAI through ChatGPT; without the tick the account does not connect. Open Account Management → ChatGPT connection. It shows the One Fitness Hub name and email used by your connection, its connection date, your fitness goals and what ChatGPT can view or change. The ChatGPT account email is not supplied by the connection; check that account in ChatGPT.
Tick or untick the viewing, saving and progress-picture permissions, then choose Save sharing preferences. Changes apply to future requests immediately. You can restore permissions you previously approved; new permissions need a new connection in ChatGPT. Choose Edit account details and goals to update your shared name and goals.
Coach workspace appears only for an active coach or head coach after the club’s head coach enables ChatGPT coach access in Coaching → Club Settings. Only the head coach can change this switch; it starts off. Each coach then connects their own account. Its permissions cover your client list, routine and program library, CSV import/export, and drafts for assignments, nutrition recommendations, planned workouts and appointments. Client changes still wait for your approval in Coaching. Members see a separate My program and schedule permission for their own coach and calendar. If your connection predates coach access, reconnect in ChatGPT to approve the new permissions. Losing your coach role or the head coach turning the switch off stops coach access immediately, even with an existing connection.
Disconnect from ChatGPT asks you to confirm, then stops that plugin connection immediately. It keeps you signed in to One Fitness Hub and keeps your history and other connections. Information already shared in a ChatGPT conversation remains there. To change accounts, use Open ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps (or Plugins) → One Fitness Hub, and reconnect with the account you want. The same controls work in the native app.
On a computer
On a computer, click your name at the foot of the sidebar and choose My Profile. The same sections stay as tabs across the top of My Profile.
Edit account settings
Open Account Management and search for a setting, or find it under Profile & goals, Preferences, Security & access or Help & support. Each row shows your current choice. Tap its large Edit button or anywhere on the row to open an editor. On a phone it fills the screen, with Save and Cancel at the bottom. Failed saves keep your draft; closing a changed form asks whether to discard it. Your profile photo is part of Account details: choose a photo there, and it saves together with your name, birthday and goals when you press Save account details. Notifications holds email and push in one place — choose what reaches you on each, then save once. Update units or theme under App preferences. Preferences is also where you can hide Peptides if you don't use it.
If your profile is missing something, an amber dot shows the way: on your picture (on a computer, the profile box at the bottom of the sidebar), on Account Management, then on the Account details row and on each field still blank (your birthday or gender). Tap Update now on the Complete your profile note to jump straight to the first one. The dots go once you save.
My Program
My Program appears when a coach has invited you or you have an active coach. In the account menu it sits below a line with the other lenses; on a computer it is at the foot of the sidebar. It holds your coach's plan, calendar, club page, messages and privacy choices — see Use My Program with your coach.
If you coach
Open a club yourself from My Profile → Account Management → Membership → Open a club (see Membership and billing); you become its head coach and invite the other coaches. Coaches open Coaching from the account menu or the sidebar. See Coaching: your clients, Coaching: schedule, workouts and programs and Coaching: insights and your club.
Common questions
I can't find the Profile tabs on my phone
They moved into the account menu. Tap your photo in the top-right corner and the menu slides out with Friends, Blocked users, Badges and Account Management as a list; My Program (when invited) is further down, below a line with My Performance and the other lenses. My Program opens its own lens; the other profile sections remain tabs on a computer.
Tapping my photo no longer opens my profile straight away
It opens the menu first, so you can go to the exact section you want in one more tap. Overview is the screen the photo used to open.
