Track body check-ins
Weigh in with one tap and watch the trend, not the daily noise.
Weigh in
- Open Body in the bottom bar (on a computer, Body Check-ins in the sidebar).
- Your last weight is already filled in, so use − and + to adjust it. To log another day, use the arrows beside the date.
- Tap Save weigh-in. It is private until you share it from History.
If you already weighed in that day, the button says Update weigh-in and changes that day's weight instead of adding a second one; any measurements or photos you saved that day stay as they were. Weigh in at the same time of day when you can.
Below it, Body shows the last 30 days of your trend weight and your pace a week, This week (each day's weigh-in, how many days you weighed in and your streak of weeks in a row, plus your latest waist and estimated body fat), your Progress photos (your first and latest side by side; pick Front, Side or Back) and your recent check-ins. Tap a check-in or a photo to see its details.
Add measurements and photos
- On Body, tap More (or Add measurements or Add photos), or tap + → Body check-in anywhere: it slides up on a phone and opens as a pop-up on a computer.
- The date and weight you had on Body come with it. If you already checked in that day, it opens that check-in so you can add to it.
- Open Add measurements for your waist, neck, hips and thighs (body fat is estimated from them) and Add photos for front, side and back.
- Tap Save check-in, or Share first to post it to the feed.
Read your progress
Tap Open trends on Body, or open My Performance → Weight, for Progress: your trend weight as a line over your weigh-ins (the dots), your goal as a dashed line if you set one in Nutrition, how much it has changed since your first check-in, your pace a week and when you will reach your goal at that pace.
Pick 1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y or All, tap or point at the chart to read any day (or use the arrow keys), and tap Table to see the numbers. The tiles below switch the chart to Waist, Body fat, Hips, Neck or Thighs.
History and compare
Tap See all history on Body (or History in My Performance → Weight). Tap a check-in to see its details and photos, add two to compare them side by side, or edit or delete one.
In the phone app
The One Fitness Hub phone app shows this same Body screen, so everything here works there too; adding a photo there lets you take one with the camera or choose one from your phone.
Common questions
I weighed in twice today. Which one counts?
One weigh-in a day from Body: once you have saved today's, the button says Update weigh-in and replaces that day's weight. Your trend uses one weight a day, so it is never counted twice.
Why is my trend weight different from what the scale said?
Your weight goes up and down every day with water and food. Trend weight smooths those swings out so you see which way you are really heading; each dot on the chart is what the scale said. It is the same trend Nutrition uses, and your weekly pace and goal date come from it.
