A Hevy Coach alternative with nutrition and a real schedule.
Hevy Coach pairs a coach dashboard with the Hevy workout app. Club 1000 Plus puts coach and client in one app and adds what Hevy Coach doesn't list: client food logging, nutrition targets, a calendar with appointments, group messages and reminders.
Feature by feature
A full ball means the app covers the feature fully; an empty one means it doesn't have it. Tap or hover any ball to see why it scored that way.

Where each one leads
Where Club 1000 Plus leads
- Program builder. Routines and programs of up to three months, assigned for a date range, paused and resumed, with automatic double progression and Program CSV import and export.
- Schedule with appointments. Planned workouts and timed appointments are separate items on the coach's calendar, each with reminders.
- Exercise library with demonstrations. 178 guides with steps, cues and professional demonstration videos, plus club exercises with their own YouTube links.
- CrossFit-style WODs. For Time, AMRAP, EMOM and Max Load scored as Rx, Scaled or Rx+, with a class timer.
- Client food logging. Clients log food in the same app by barcode, nutrition label or a library with Indian and Lebanese dishes; the coach sees it only if the client shares it.
- Nutrition targets or meal plans. The coach recommends calorie and macro targets that the client chooses to apply; no meal plans.
- Measurements and progress photos. Weigh-ins, measurements and progress photos, shared with the coach only when the client chooses.
- Direct and group messages. Private direct threads and coach-made groups of 2 to 20 clients, with attachments.
- Automatic client reminders. Push and email reminders when no food is logged by 8 pm, a planned workout goes unlogged or an appointment is coming.
- Your club's brand. Club name, logo and colour in the app, a launch page and Home Screen icon of your own, and club-branded email; not a separate app-store app.
- Community and leaderboards. Club feed with likes and comments, club leaderboards and the video-reviewed 1000+ board.
- AI help with plans. With the head coach's opt-in, ChatGPT drafts routines and plans for the coach to review; it never reads client logs or messages.
